The Elements of a Vineyard
NAPA VALLEY • OAK KNOLL DISTRICT • SUSTAINABLE
The estate at MaCo Vineyards is a property of 49 acres on the coveted Silverado Trail in the Oak Knoll District of the Napa Valley. This “sweet spot” benefits from a myriad of microclimates caused by oceanic influences from the San Pablo Bay that sits only a few miles away. Mountainous influences from the Vaca Mountains of which the property sits at the foothills of and the Mayacamas Mountain Range that divides the Napa and Sonoma Valleys. The Napa River serves more than just bordering the western side of MaCo Vineyards, as its river influences can extend growing seasons and regulate temperature to vineyards in its proximity. With all of these climate moderators at this quaint location, one would be remiss not to couple them with the degree of soil types found on the property in order to diversify the varieties that are sustainably grown at the estate such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Sauvignon Blanc.

VINEYARD BLOCKS
The vineyard blocks at MaCo Vineyards have been strategically plated in each particular location of the property in order to maximize the potential of each variety in their respective microclimate in the 14th nested AVA of the Napa Valley.

NATURAL BEAUTY
MaCo Vineyards has a natural pond that extends the length of two football fields in the center of the property that allows for a plethora of natural wildlife to contribute to the overall health of the entirety of this estate.
