Dulzura is produced in Late Harvest style, which means that this is a desert wine. Formulated with the Sauvignon Blanc grape, so that the varietal's natural elevated acidity will maintain freshness and vibrancy in the wine. Not to mention that this wine is a 2013 vintage, so on top of this wine showing honey and ripe yellow peach notes, this wine will also display toasted nuts, caramel, and butterscotch characteristics.
